We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to drive market expansion and acquisition in the Czech Republic and Slovakia with our portfolio of highly efficient and innovative packaging machinery. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business development efforts in the Czech Republic, focusing on acquisitions and market expansion.
• Identify and engage potential business partners.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth integration of acquired businesses.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
• Prepare and present business proposals and reports for management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the packaging materials industry.
• Strong understanding of the Czech market and business environment.
• Ability to work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
• Czech Native, proficient in English (C1) – communication with management)
• Driving license, active driver willing to cover Czech Republic and Slovakia
