Are you looking for flexible, long term work that fits around your studies while giving you real insight into the travel industry? Our Prague-based agency is expanding and we are looking for a dependable and proactive colleague to support our tours and customer service operations.-

This role is ideal for a student who wants to gain hands-on experience in the tourism sector in Prague while maintaining maximum flexibility.

Our company's ambition is to create high quality tourist experiences that are sustainable and not harmful to locals living in the historical city center of Prague.

We request

• Availability in stand-by mode between 9:00–21:00 on selected days, ideally about 15 days in a month
• Ability to respond to messages within one hour
• Readiness to handle occasional phone calls from tourists and field tour guides
• Strong written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
• High level of responsibility and reliability
• Stable internet connection and ability to work remotely
• knowledge of the historical city center of Prague and a frequent presence in the city

• Flat-rate compensation of 250 CZK per stand-by day (9:00–21:00)
• Additional compensation of 3.50 CZK per minute for recorded interactions, making a monthly salary of 4000-6000 CZK
