About the role

We’re hiring for a large international B2B company in the industrial / heavy equipment space and looking for someone who enjoys working with data and bringing order where things get messy.

This role is about keeping business and dealer data clean, accurate, and usable, while aiming to propose improvement to processes. The data you’ll work with supports sales, marketing, and day-to-day operations across multiple European markets.

If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and like seeing clear results from your work, this could be a great fit.

What you’ll be doing

This is not a programming or data science role. The key skills are accuracy, structure, analytical skills and common sense. You’ll take care of business data quality in internal systems and databases.

Your responsibilities

• checking and cleaning dealer and contact data
• improving and developing processes that lead to clean, dependable data
• updating contact details and structures
• coordinating with stakeholders across several regions
• making sure data is consistent across systems
• supporting sales and marketing teams with reliable data
• doing basic data checks and simple reporting

Requirements

• experience with data administration, CRM systems, or operations support
• at least basic knowledge of SQL
• proficiency in Excel
