People in Need is the largest non-profit organization in Central and Eastern Europe, operating in the field of humanitarian and development aid, support for human rights, and social inclusion. At present, more than 2400 employees work in our Humanitarian and Development section in 23 countries in Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and Eastern Europe. We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant for the Humanitarian and Development Department (RDD).
The main task of the Junior Human Resources Officer (JHRO) is to support Human Resources Officers (HRO), HQ desk and regional teams. The job responsibilities are in tasks related to the employee life cycle of PIN RDD employees and international staff based on the guidance from HRO, in particular in recruitment, onboarding and offboarding. The JHRO tasks include support in recruitment of HQ positions and senior CP positions and coordinating the recruitment process of junior roles. JHRO actively coordinates the HR administration related to the onboarding process, and the termination procedures. JHRO contributes to ensuring that the HR standards and procedures are followed on the best possible level. JHRO also supports HR processes in the regions when needed.
