We are looking for an experienced and proactive Affiliate Manager to join our marketing team and help drive growth through a high-quality affiliate partner network. If you enjoy performance marketing, negotiating deals, and building long-term partnerships, this role is for you.

You will play a key role in expanding, optimizing, and managing our affiliate channel while contributing directly to the company’s acquisition and revenue goals.

What you’ll do

• Recruit and onboard new affiliate partners through targeted outreach and negotiations.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliate partners.
• Manage and optimize the affiliate network to drive growth and ROI.
• Provide affiliates with creatives, tracking links, and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with internal teams on tracking, postbacks, and technical setup.
• Monitor and analyze performance using KPIs to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Ensure campaigns comply with brand, regulatory, and internal standards.
• Prepare performance reports with clear, actionable insights.
• Proactively monitor for fraud or non-compliance and maintain network quality.
• Represent the company and manage a strong meeting calendar with top partners.

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnership management.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Experience with affiliate platforms, tracking systems, and analytics tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
• Industry conference experience is a plus.
