The Brand: Marco Monti is an emerging institutional premium menswear brand. We are scaling rapidly across the EU and are looking for a data-driven Ads Specialist to lead our next phase of growth.

The Mission: We are moving toward a €10,000 daily revenue milestone. We need a specialist who understands that high-end fashion is a balance of "The Art" (Visuals/Aesthetic) and "The Math" (MER, AOV, and LTV).

Your Responsibilities:

- Full-Funnel Management: Directing and optimizing budgets across Meta (IG/FB), Google (PMax/Search), and TikTok.
- Scaling & Strategy: Implementing horizontal and vertical scaling across the EU (with a heavy focus on DE, AT, NL, and FR).
- Creative Stewardship: Briefing and testing high-performance video hooks and editorial carousels that maintain our "Quiet Luxury" brand identity.
- Financial Accountability: Daily monitoring of MER (Marketing Efficiency Ratio) and AOV. You will be expected to maintain a healthy 2.0+ MER while scaling spend.
- Data Accuracy: Managing Catalog (DPA) health and ensuring zero-leakage in attribution.

The Profile:

Expertise: 3+ years of experience in e-commerce media buying (Fashion/Luxury niche is a major plus).
Platform Mastery: You know the difference between a "Value-Based" EU Broad campaign and a "Cost-Cap" Sniper. You are comfortable with Google PMax and TikTok Spark Ads.
Analytic Mindset: You speak the language of finance. You don't just report "ROAS"; you report contribution margins and efficiency.
Location: Remote to start (April), with a physical move to Prague, Czech Republic by late April/May 2026.

What We Offer:

Salary: 45,000- 55,000 CZK per month (Contract-based/OSVČ or HPP).

Location: Own office with necessary tools.

Performance Bonuses: Scaled incentives tied to reaching the €5,000 and €10,000 daily revenue milestones.

Direct Impact: You will work directly with the founder and have significant autonomy over the brand's growth trajectory.
