The Role

We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our Czech & Slovak finance team on a fixed-term contract for 18 months. This Finance Business Partner role is a country-level position with no people management responsibility and plays a critical role in supporting commercial decision-making across the Czech and Slovak markets.

As a Finance Business Partner, you will act as the co-pilot to the Finance Manager CZ & SK and a trusted partner to local Market Leadership, Sales and Trade Marketing teams. You will help shape commercial outcomes through insight, analysis and clear financial storytelling, influencing decisions that drive revenue growth, margin improvement and cash optimization.

Principle Accountabilities

• Partner with market leadership to drive planning, budgeting and forecasting for the Czech & Slovak markets
• Support investment and capital allocation decisions through financial analysis, modelling and appraisal of emerging opportunities and risks
• Deliver scenario modelling, insights and performance analysis to support revenue growth, margin optimization and cash flow
• Work closely with Sales & Trade Marketing on joint business planning, trade investment optimization and financial target setting
• Own local financial templates, reporting quality and governance, driving standardization and automation where possible
• Translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insight to support commercial decision-making

Skills and Experience Required

• Background in finance business partnering, FP&A or commercial finance within a matrix or international environment
• Strong financial analysis, scenario modelling and investment appraisal capability
• Confidence working with data, financial systems and reporting tools (e.g. SAP, Anaplan, Power BI or similar)
• Ability to communicate financial insights clearly and influence decisions across non-finance stakeholders
• Collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail and ownership of outcomes
• Fluent English (written and spoken); Czech or Slovak is an advantage
