Brand Expansion Manager (m/f/d) Central & Eastern Europe (remote)

You’ll combine marketing creativity, commercial awareness, and a genuine love for football to strengthen our brand presence and connect football communities across Central & Eastern Europe.

What You`ll Do

• Build strong relationships with Pro Clubs, ambassadors, and football communities, co-creating authentic, performance-driven brand content
• Own and activate key local touchpoints (stores, partner clubs, academies, events) and bring the brand to life on the ground
• Plan and execute football activations – match-day activations, product launches, grassroots events, test & trial formats, community tournaments etc.
• Lead and grow the Ambassador network across CEE, with direct responsibility for ambassadors in key priority markets
• Create, inspire, and steer localized content for social and digital channels in close collaboration with global and regional teams
• Act as a bridge between brand and sales, tracking impact and supporting commercial objectives
• Work closely with CEE Sales & the global brand teams to ensure authentic, consistent, and effective local brand execution
• Adapt global brand strategies to local markets & the respective football culture, ensuring relevance and authenticity across different CEE markets

Who You Are

• A football fan at heart who understands the game, its culture, and its communities
• Creative, hands-on, and proactive — you turn ideas into action
• Experienced in brand, sports, or football marketing, partnerships, or activations
• Comfortable working with ambassadors, clubs, and external partners
• Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset
• Fluent in Czech and English; additional CEE languages are a plus
• Happy to travel and be present where football happens
