Company Profile: We are a high-performing EPC and installation company with our own team of approximately 80 specialists. From Prague, we manage the turnkey implementation of large-scale PV projects. Our focus is on the B2B sector: We implement industrial rooftop systems for corporations, ground-mounted systems for institutional investors, and innovative agri-PV solutions in cooperation with the agricultural sector.

Your Responsibilities: Engineering & B2B Consulting

Technical Design (EPC Standard): Responsibility for the construction-ready planning of industrial rooftop systems (C&I) and ground-mounted projects. You will create designs that are directly implemented by our 80-strong installation team.

Investor & Corporate Relations: You will be the technical contact person for our B2B customers and investors. You will present concepts, conduct yield simulations (PVSyst / PV*SOL), and support the technical due diligence process.

International Standardization: Ensuring grid connection compliance in the target markets of Germany, Austria, Switzerland (DACH), Benelux, and Italy (e.g., VDE-AR-N 4110, CEI 0-16).

Your Responsibilities: Tender Management & Cost Calculation

Europe-wide Tenders: Technical management of participation in tender processes for major projects and industrial portfolio tenders.

EPC Cost Calculation: Preparation of binding budget and fixed-price offers. You will calculate material costs, logistics, and the deployment of our own installation teams (taking into account current 2026 market prices).

Your Profile

Qualifications: Degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy) or Industrial Engineering.

Experience: You understand the requirements of B2B customers regarding documentation, adherence to deadlines, and technical quality.

Language Skills:

English: Fluent (required for internal coordination and international investor meetings).

Additional Languages: German (for DACH region/farmers), Italian (for our new branch), or Dutch/French are a significant advantage.

Competencies: Experience in planning agri-PV or large-scale industrial roofs, as well as proficiency in AutoCAD.
