Role Overview
We are looking for a Mid-Level Media Buyer (Facebook Ads/ Google Ads Manager) with 2+ years of hands-on experience in Google or Meta (Facebook). This role requires strong analytical skills, confidence working with performance data, and full ownership of results. English level B2+ is required.

What Will You Do

• Focus on achieving monthly revenue volumes of 1,000,000+ CZK, ensuring stable growth and strong ROI
• Manage and scale Meta/Google campaigns for two core products in the UK and Czech Republic markets
• Run continuous A/B tests and experiments across creatives, angles, and funnels
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities
• Use in-house AI tools to create and test landing pages, visuals, and funnels
• Own the full campaign cycle from setup and execution to optimization and reporting
• Analyze performance data and turn insights into actionable improvements
• Collaborate with the creative team by providing clear, performance-focused briefs
• Deliver regular performance reports on KPIs, budgets, and profitability
• Stay up to date with new tools, platforms, and performance marketing strategies

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience running paid campaigns on Google or Meta (Facebook)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with tracking and optimization tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
• Solid understanding of CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS
• Strong ownership and responsibility for results
• English level B2+
• Huge advantage: experience in high-risk verticals (finance, dating, iGaming, etc.)
