Your Role:

• Engage with customers via calls, email, and WhatsApp, ensuring top-notch service.
• Address and resolve service-related inquiries with professionalism.
• Maintain detailed consumer records using our CRM tools.
• Enjoy a fixed schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Handle only incoming communication – no cold calling required.
