About the role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing activities across multiple European markets. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys social media, email marketing, and communication

This position is ideal for candidates with initial marketing experience or motivated graduates who want to learn and develop quickly.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Creating, publishing and scheduling content on Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Basic editing of text and visuals (ideally using simple tools such as Canva)
• Assisting with content planning
• Monitoring engagement, performance, and community feedback

Email Marketing

• Preparing and sending newsletters and email campaigns
• Ensuring the quality of outgoing campaigns (copy, links, visuals)

PR Support

• Communicating with PR agencies across Europe
• Coordinating tasks, providing materials, reviewing outputs
• Assisting with press releases and other PR content (after onboarding)

General Marketing Support

• Managing marketing assets, documents, and internal materials
• Administrative support for the marketing team
• Collaboration with other departments (sales, content, design)

Requirements

• Communicative level of English (written and spoken)
• Interest in online marketing and social media
• Ability to write and edit short texts
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn

Nice to have (not mandatory):

• Experience with social media management tools
• Experience with email marketing tools
• Basic skills in Canva or similar design tools
