We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Operations Controller to join our finance team. The role will focus on driving financial transparency, performance analysis, and cost control within our manufacturing and supply chain operations in the Czech Republic. The successful candidate will be a strategic finance partner to Plant Management, supporting continuous improvement, lean initiatives, and productivity gains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the manufacturing site with operational performance analysis, cost center controlling, and standard cost calculations.
• Monitor and analyze production variances, inventory movements, and efficiency KPIs.
• Drive monthly and annual closing activities for operations-related cost elements.
• Provide business insights and recommendations to improve cost efficiency, asset utilization, and working capital.
• Support annual budget and forecast processes for operations and logistics.
• Collaborate with Operations team to ensure alignment of financial and operational goals.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for management and global teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Controlling, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
• 1–5 years of experience in an operational finance or plant controlling role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Solid understanding of cost accounting, product costing, and inventory management.
• Experience with ERP systems (QAD or similar), PowerBI and Excel-based financial tools.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Fluent in English and Czech
