We are looking for Finance manager to lead all financial operations for our DACH region (Germany and Austria). Based at our Prague headquarters, this critical role will oversee the financial health and performance of DACH business units, ensuring alignment with the company’s financial strategy.

Detail job description:

Oversee all financial operations for the DACH region, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and reporting.
Provide strategic financial guidance to support business growth and profitability in the DACH market. Drive process and profitability improvement projects to enable regional growth.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax laws, and company policies across Germany and Austria.
Lead the preparation of annual budgets, financial statements, and regional performance reports.

Requirements:

Degree in economics / finance / MBA
5+ years of professional experience
Experience with ERP implementation is welcome.
Local accounting knowledge (German GAAP) is preferred
Travel required at leaste onece per quarter.
Proactive, hands-on and structured way of working, team player
Very good MS-Office skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Fluent in Czech, German and English
Business oriented, results driven
