To strengthen the local product team,
we are looking for an experienced colleague with the motivation to work hard on developing a premium brand in the increasingly competitive Czech/Slovak market.

Responsibilities

• Oversee product development and management, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals, recommending of new products/categories rollout.
• Define product specifications, features, and target customer profiles (as part of PPD - Perfect Product Definition).
• Ensure compliance with advertising and product representation laws to avoid false or misleading claims.
• Online and retail activities - leading product trainings, market (current and future) analysing, management of product data & content within e-com environment and online B2C selling tools.
• Providing direct support to sales, marketing and OBS teams, close cooperation with GTM manager.
• Supervision over field team product knowledge, buidling strong retail brand ambassadors.

Key Activities

• Participate in reviews (e.g., M-Review, T-Review) to validate product and marketing strategies.
• Cooperation with external agencies or in-house teams on creative campaigns (e.g., Brand/NPI Creative), communication with journalists and media.
• Analysing product performance and recommending follow-up actions to improve sell-out.
• Preparation of product training materials, listing data etc.
• Constant work on building strong brand awareness and loyalty of consumers with conventional or out of the box approach.

Stakeholders & Metrics

• Marketing, sales and GTM teams to align product offerings with market demands.
• Cross-functional teams (Korean product management, marketing, SCM).
• Legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulations.
• Track customer feedback and buying factors (e.g., KBF - Key Buying Factor).
• Monitor product performance and market reception (e.g., FFR - Field Failure Rate).

Requirements:

• 5+ years similar experience with A brand
• consumer electronics product & market knowledge
• analytical & presentation skills
• willingness for regular travelling
• driving license
• MS Office expert level
• fluent Czech/Slovak & English
