Join our global Sales team and play a key role in driving sustainable business growth. You will help shape our global sales strategy by managing the acquisition pipeline, enhancing CRM data quality, and tracking performance to boost efficiency. This is an exciting opportunity to support international sales teams and partners in expanding our global presence and achieving outstanding results.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Create and monitor relevant Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Act as a key Salesforce user and connect the acquisition pipeline with other Voith market intelligence tools.
• Collaborate with the global sales team, ensure adequate training is provided, and follow up on user data quality.
• Monitor market activities (new projects) and ensure relevant projects are included in the sales funnel.
• Further develop key account reports (customer view) and identify growth potential.
• Drive customer satisfaction surveys (NPS) and ensure participation rates meet target levels.
• Foster cross-regional collaboration among sales teams for both new build and aftermarket business.
• Analyze market studies to identify growth opportunities by country and customer (new build and aftermarket).

What do we expect?

• University education in the field of international management
• Experience in sales roles, as a consultant in sales excellence topics
• Fluent English in both speech and writing
• Analytical skills
• Ability to collaborate for achievement, to communicate with impact, to drive results
