We are recruiting for our client, a highly regarded global pharmaceutical company known for its strong quality culture, robust processes, and long-standing reputation for innovation and patient safety. They are now looking for an experienced Quality Responsible Person / Quality Assurance Specialist to join their Czech organization.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a QA professional to take on a trusted, influential role with full support from an international Quality network and the authority to shape key decisions impacting product quality and supply across the Czech market.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will be the key local expert for Quality, Compliance and GDP/GMP requirements, responsible for:

• Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations for importation, distribution, warehousing and wholesaling of medicinal products.
• Acting as the Qualified Person under Act No. 378/2007 Coll. §76.
• Leading Health Authority notifications and communications related to Quality or Supply issues.
• Driving local Quality Management System activities, including procedures, documentation, training and Quality Risk Management.
• Managing audits, inspections, self-inspections and CAPAs.
• Handling Product Quality Complaints, deviations, change control and temperature excursions.
• Overseeing subcontractors, 3PL partners and outsourced operations to ensure full compliance.
• Coordinating recalls, repackaging/re-stickering activities, product samples and regulatory requirements.
• Ensuring correct storage conditions, warehousing standards and transport quality compliance.
• Managing supply issues, exemption requests and communication with regional Quality teams.
• This is a role with high ownership, autonomy and the authority to ensure that every decision protects patient safety and product quality.

What We’re Looking For

• University degree in a relevant field (Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry or similar).
• Strong QA/GDP/GMP background in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Deep knowledge of Czech regulatory environment.
• Excellent organizational skills, high accuracy and reliability.

Contract & Conditions

• 6-month employment contract with possibility to extend up to 1 year.
• Hybrid mode: approx. 2 days on-site (office/warehouse), 3 days from home.
