We are looking for a Marketing Manager for our client – a well-established Czech manufacturing company with a long tradition and strong export presence. The role is ideal for a strategic yet hands-on marketer who wants to make a real impact on brand development and business growth both in the Czech Republic and abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for 360-degree marketing
• Develop and implement the company’s marketing strategy for domestic and international markets
• Strengthen brand positioning across B2C segment
• Manage cooperation with external agencies
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and trade fairs
• Work closely with sales and product departments
• Manage the marketing budget and report to company management

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in marketing consumer products, manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media
• Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach
• Experience in leading projects
• Strong track record in brand development and market positioning
• Professional level of English
