We are looking for an A-Team Manager, whose main agenda will be to carry on operational management duties for the Club A-Team. The work will be carried out right in the office of the Club at Stadium seated on Střelecký Ostrov, České Budějovice. Willingness and ability to travel with the team is a necessary condition.

Job description:

• Coordination of A-Team’s schedules, including support of players, coaches and realization team.
• Organization of team events (travelling, accommodation, etc.)
• Management of supplies for team according to the agreed budget
• Maintaining official documents and databases as per the requirements of Czech Football Association
• Point of liaison for any external partners with relationships to the team

Ideal candidate should have:

• Practical experience with football management
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills (I like to keep order in things, but I can improvise and work in a structured way according to set priorities)
• Logical thinking and confidence with working with numbers (excel is not my enemy and working with various software/systems is not obstacle but rather refreshing experience)
• Client-oriented approach
• Fluent English
