Job Title: Wholesale & Key Account Manager (Luxury Goods)
Location: Prague (Hybrid)

We are now seeking a Wholesale & Key Account Manager (Luxury Goods) – a commercially driven and creatively minded professional who combines the mindset of a sales strategist, the instinct of a marketer, and the relationship-building finesse of a luxury client advisor.
Yor Mission
To lead and grow ARTĚL’s international B2B business by driving new sales, expanding our wholesale and interior design network, and strengthening long-term client relationships. You will own your portfolio’s sales results while collaborating closely with Marketing to ensure commercial success and brand excellence.
Key Responsibilities
· Proactively identify, approach, and convert new wholesale and interior design clients in Europe, the US, and Asia.
· Manage and grow existing key accounts with a focus on reorders, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
· Build strategic collaborations with interior designers and design studios for bespoke and special projects.
· Collaborate with the Marketing Department to align B2B materials, lookbooks, trade events, and online campaigns with sales objectives.
· Prepare and negotiate quotations and pricing, ensuring profitable deals in cooperation with the CFO and COO.
· Represent ARTĚL at international trade fairs and design events (Paris, Milan, New York, London, etc.).
· Monitor competitors and market trends to identify new commercial opportunities.
· Deliver accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and account performance reports.
Your Profile
· 3–6 years of international B2B sales experience in luxury, design, or home décor.
· Proven success in driving new business and managing key accounts.
· Understanding of marketing and digital tools that support sales conversion.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Fluent in English (Czech or another European language is an advantage).
· Independent, proactive, results-oriented, and confident in a fast-paced environment.
· Based in Prague, with flexibility to travel (approx. 20%).

· Achievement of annual B2B sales targets and profitability goals.
· Growth in the number of active clients and new business opportunities.
· Increase in reorder frequency and average order value.
· Contribution to marketing-driven sales initiatives and overall brand visibility.
· Customer satisfaction and retention rate.
