Job Description:

Do you want to become an expert in the pig production? Do you want to learn from the best farmers in pig business in Slovakia? Do you want to share your experiences and develop yourself and your employees in the professional care of sows and small piglets?

We offer demanding and responsible work in the management and development of the team (about 10 workers in the farrowing team or insemination team), having responsibility over the team and achieving results in the farrowing or insemination section of the sow farm in Jesenské (Rimavská Sobota district, south central Slovakia). Care for about 4,000 sows and small piglets.

We are a Danish company, we have best available know-how, Danish genetics and necessary technologies. We are one of the biggest pig producers in Slovakia and Central Europe.

Requirements:
- previous demonstrable experience of leading people on a sow farm

- knowledge of the English language in combination with slavic languages (Slovak, Czech, Polish, UA) or in combination with Hungarian language

- very good communication skills and confidence

- organizational skills

- time flexibility and the ability to adapt to the needs of the farm (working on a farm with live animals is a lifestyle, not a job "from-to")

- personal interest in the farming business and pig breeding
- resistance to stress

- active problem solving attitude

- driving licence B
