We’re a Czech travel-tech scaleup guiding over 2 million users in 1,600+ destinations worldwide — including the official guides of Switzerland Tourism, Bratislava, Karlovy Vary, and Salzburg Region.

Now we’re building an elite outbound team to fuel our international growth — and we’re looking for a Team Lead who thrives on performance, ownership, and real impact.

🚀 Your Mission
You’ll be the driving force behind SmartGuide’s new outbound engine. In the beginning, you’ll set the standards yourself — calling, testing, optimizing — and then build and lead a small team that generates qualified leads (SQLs) from all over the world.

You’ll:

• Lead by example — start with your own outbound calls and process setup
• Optimize CRM workflows, call scripts, and KPIs for maximum conversion
• Build, train, and motivate your own outbound team
• Collaborate on SmartGuide’s multichannel strategy (phone, email, LinkedIn, AI caller)
• Manage MQL allocation from inbound marketing and ensure conversion to SQLs.

🧠 You’ll Succeed If You

• Have experience in outbound sales or call center leadership.
• Aren’t afraid to pick up the phone and show your team how it’s done.
• Are driven, analytical, and relentless about hitting goals.
• Can design processes that scale and hold people accountable.
• Speak Czech and English fluently.
• Want to grow fast into a strategic leadership role in a global scale-up.

📊 How We Measure Success

• Number and quality of SQLs (meetings booked with decision-makers).
• Feedback from the sales team on lead quality.
• Performance of your own calls first — and later, of your entire team.

💰 What We Offer

• High performance pay: +1,500 CZK per SQL + team bonus (10% of total team performance). Expect 45–70k+ monthly, depending on results — top performers earn 100k+.
• Base salary 15 000 CZK to cover overhead — we reward output, not presence.
