REQUIREMENTS

ACTIVE | COMMUNICATIVE | FLEXIBLE | STRESS RESISTANT

• Valid EU or Schengen passport
• At least 18 years of age on the date of entering the company
• Clear criminal record
• Medically/ Physically/ Mentally fit to perform Cabin Crew duties
• Fit to fly, good general health, no serious medical condition or chronic diseases
• Yellow fever vaccination required
• Fluent in written and spoken English (level B2 and higher)
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to assist passengers
• Flexibility to work in various shift patterns
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to different situations quickly
• Pleasant appearance and high grooming standards
• Newcomers will undergo an intensive six to eight weeks training - 100% participation is required
• Valid Background Check issued by Czech CAA on the date of entering the company (more information will be provided during the hiring process)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers onboard the aircraft
• Providing excellent customer service and custommer care
• Adhering to company and civil aviation regulations and guidelines
• Collaborating with the crew for a safe and smooth flight

The selection process will be organized as follows:

1. October à 17 November 2025 = Application form submitted by applicant (click on the „Application form“ link in the career section on our webside).

2. Second half of November 2025 = On-line testing which will take approx. 60 minutes of your time (selected applicants will be informed by email about further details).

3. Second hlaf of November = Psychological Screening (on-line) for candidates who will succeed in on-line testing.

4. 3 December 2025 = Personal interview – personal presence is mandatory (Prague-Czech Republic).

All pre-selected candidates, will be invited for the personal interview, which will take palce at Prague Airport on 3 December 2025 (08:00-17:00CET). Please, reserve the date for the final round of our selection process.
