For our client, a significant international company, we are currently seeking a highly experienced Head of Asset Management, who is willing to travel extensively throughout the week to manage assets on-site.

This role offers the chance to lead a diverse asset portfolio, drive operational excellence, and make a real impact within a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all aspects of asset management, including acquisition, monitoring, and disposition of assets
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize asset value and optimize returns
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure efficient asset operations
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, partners, and service providers
• Prepare and present regular reports on asset performance, risks, and opportunities
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and corporate policies

The Ideal Candidate has:

• Proven experience in asset management or a related field
• Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the week to manage assets on-site
• Fluency in English and Czech / Slovak
• Unversity degree
