Your Chance

receive user´s IT requests and incidents coming by phone, e-mail or IT Self Service
analyze, evaluate and solve the requests, if necessary forward them to 2nd level
inform users about solving and fixing their requests and incidents
record all contacts in IT Service Desk tool – Service Now
handle the requests and incidents according to agreed processes and time frames
cooperate with other teams and departments to solve all requests and incidents
install and administrate available systems, SW and HW
maintain and extend Knowledge database
possibility of part time contract

Your Personality

good spoken and written knowledge of English and German
good user-level PC skills (MS Office)
analytical thinking
detail-orientation and ability to keep system
very good communication skills and customer-oriented attitude
