Main responsibilites:

· Reporting to Head of Finance

· Financial and project controlling

· Cooperation with project controllers and procurement

· Advise management on financial / operational activities impacting business

ACCOUNTING

· Preparation of monthly and annual accounting closure

· Cooperation with external accounting department

· Calculation and processing of project accruals

· Preparation monthly / annual financial statements (P&L,BS, CF) and financial reports

· Cooperation with tax advisors

CONTROLLING

· Generation of monthly management reports

· Monitor financial performance against targets, conducting variance analysis

· Preparation of project profitability analysis & other ad hoc analysis

· Preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts

TREASURY

· Cashflow management

· Payment approvals

· Monitoring bank transactions

Requirements:

· Finance Manager with at least 5 years of experience

· University degree in economics

· Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and controlling methods.

· Diligence, attention to detail, ability to work independently

· Organisational skills and reliability

· Communicative / advanced level of English
