What you’ll do:

• Identify, approach, and win high-potential clients
• Lead discovery calls, turn opportunities into closed deals
• Craft proposals that clients can’t ignore
• Build long-term partnerships based on trust and results
• Drive our agency’s growth - not just your own

What we’re looking for:

• Proven top-performer in sales / business development (ideally in marketing, digital, branding, or B2B services)
• Can back it up with numbers, cases, and references - no talk without proof
• Fluent, confident English (spoken and written - non-negotiable)
• Entrepreneurial mindset, independence, and hunger to win
• Interest in marketing and the digital world (a bonus, but results matter most)
