What are you waiting for?
1. Handling inbound/outbound operations for passenger flights to/from Taipei and providing customer service.
2. Supervising services provided by Ground Handling Agents (GHA), including check-in counters, boarding gates, cabin cleaning, catering, cargo, aircraft loading and security/ramp safety procedures, to ensure China Airlines flights arrive and depart smoothly and safely.
3. Handling flight irregularities.
4. Conducting internal station audits, GHA audits, GHA meetings, and training sessions
5. Managing invoice clearing and administrative matters.
6. Assisting with air passenger sales and marketing.
7. Handling other tasks as assigned by the managers.
What skills and knowledge should you possess
1. Fluent in Czech and English.
2. Skilled in MS Office.
3. Interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
4. Accuracy and attention to detail.
Which competencies are an advantage
1. Knowing Chinese is a plus.
2. Experience with Amadeus Altea Departure Control System is a plus.
