Project Manager – CQV Engineer

Location: Ireland / Germany / Italy / Netherlands – Full-Time
Salary: €55,000 – €85,000 (depending on experience)

Position Overview

You will lead and deliver CQV projects for top pharmaceutical and biotech companies in Europe. This role requires technical leadership, regulatory understanding, and the ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead CQV projects ensuring compliance with GMP and other regulations
• Manage IQ/OQ/PQ activities and documentation
• Coordinate FAT/SAT for equipment qualification
• Act as main liaison between clients, internal teams, and vendors
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality control
• Identify risks and ensure mitigation plans
• Lead meetings and drive problem-solving for project milestones
• Support best practices and continuous improvement in project execution

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field
• 8+ years in CQV, project management, or validation in pharma/biotech
• Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA, EU Annex 15, and ISO standards
• Excellent English skills (C1 level or higher)
• PMP or equivalent certification (preferred)
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Willing and able to relocate to Ireland, Germany, Italy, or the Netherlands
