HI THERE 👋,

WOULD YOU BE ABLE TO COVER

1. Quality Assurance

• Process monitoring, identifying bottlenecks and proposing specific improvement measures
• Plan FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) / Process FMEA with a focus on production processes, analyze process non-conformities
• Propose and implement corrective and preventive measures, effectiveness monitoring
• Internal and external claims management (warranty records included)
• Create and update internal and external documentation (operating instructions, work instructions, checklists, quality guidelines/standards, etc.)
• Employees Training in correct assembly procedures.
• Conduct internal quality audits

2. Quality Control

• Perform and keep (i) records of input checks (measuring parts) as well as (ii) output checks of manufactured machines
• Do functional test of manufactured machine (e.g. pressure test, assembly test)
• Mark non-conforming products and their separation/repair
• Prepare inspection reports
• Organize and manage FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) with customers
• Manage and update technical and user manuals
• Revise quality standards

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITY:  QMS (Quality Management System) + Project management

• Maintenance and development of QMS according to standards (ISO 9001, 14001)
• Ensure CE certification
• Support and implement improvement projects / Kaizen activities across production and support departments.

AND DO YOU HAVE 👀

• Secondary/university education in a technical field (ideally with a focus on quality or mechanical engineering)
• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing company in the same or similar position
• Czech native speaker and advanced level of spoken and written English is a must
• Analytical skills, proactive approach, diligence, responsibility, unbiased view, high level of organization and independence and communication skills are key
• User knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge and experience with quality management according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 standards (advantageous)
