We are looking for a curious Junior AI Solutions Specialist who is eager to explore how artificial intelligence can solve real business challenges. With us, you won’t get bored – from day one you’ll be involved in developing, testing, and improving AI tools that we build in-house.

What will you do?

• Identify new opportunities for using AI together with teams across the company.
• Participate in the design, prototyping, and testing of AI models.
• Assist with the development of internal AI solutions (OpenAI & other platforms).
• Document processes and suggest improvements.
• Keep track of trends and bring in your own ideas.
• Provide basic support for deployed AI tools.

What we expect from you

• Student/graduate in IT, Data Science, Engineering (or similar field).
• Basic knowledge of Machine Learning (ML) – a big plus.
• Python (or another programming language) will come in handy.
• Analytical thinking and willingness to search for solutions.
• Openness to learn and experiment.
• Team player with solid English skills – you’ll speak English daily with your closest colleague; German as a second language is an advantage.
