Our product is already in action, powering major Czech banks, and it's the behind-the-scenes hero, primarily utilized by the back office.

As a MS SQL team member, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, driving the implementation of cutting-edge features and meeting the ever-evolving demands of EU and Czech National Bank regulations. You won't just be following trends; you'll be setting them.

We are working with Microsoft SQL Server 2016. We use SSRS, SSIS, and occasionally encounter other technologies such as .NET and Angular. We manage projects in Azure Devops, and when it comes to new development, we choose the latest technologies.

And what do we need from you?

• Experience in T-SQL development (developing and optimizing stored procedures, tables, triggers, joins, etc.)
• Knowledge of architecture, C#/.NET, and Angular is a big plus
• A commitment to clean development (unit tests, clean code, reusability, and CI/CD automation)
• Knowledge of capital markets processes is an advantage.
• Active English and Czech proficiency (not just for understanding technical documentation)
• A focus on finding solutions rather than reasons why something can't be done.
• A strong desire to continually progress and share your knowledge.
