At Doosan Digital Innovation Europe (DDIE), we rely on our IT systems to help our customers succeed. The purpose of the Senior Infrastructure Manager (Network, Cloud & OT) role is to work with other Infrastructure Managers and the Head of Platform Services to oversee, plan, design and implement major infrastructure and cyber security projects including but not limited to, remote site networking (Meraki SD-WAN); public cloud migration (AWS & Azure), cyber/infosec solutions, and network analysis, re-design/transformation for Operational Technology (OT) engagements.

Role's Key Responsibilities:

· Plan and manage the efficient delivery of various infrastructure and security projects/initiatives.

· Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels across the customer base, including IT Managers, factory managers, engineering managers, project stakeholders and technical SME’s

· Work as part of the DDI HQ Global OT Security Project to plan implementations, transformations and enhancements for affiliate and external customer OT environments.

· Deliver technical projects and solutions which meet the requirements of Doosan Group IT standards, policies and guidelines.

· Coordinate third-party vendors and service providers to ensure delivery of hardware, equipment and/or services, and manage/resolve any issues or disputes.

· Ensure optimal technical support is available to customers and affiliates and that it is provided in a timely manner

· Maintain project budgets and deliver projects, where possible, on-time and within defined budget constraints.

Qualifications – Essential:

• Educated to at least GCE A level, SQA Higher or equivalent standard.
• ITIL Qualified.

Qualifications – Desirable:

• Palo Alto Firewall Certification (Configuration, administration and rule management routing protocols – OSPF & BGP Certification to minimum of CCNP or equivalent).
• Fortinet Firewall Certification (Configuration, administration and rule management routing protocols – OSPF & BGP Certification to minimum of CCNP or equivalent).
• Degree or Higher Education in relevant subject or equivalent standard.

Knowledge/Experience – Essential:

• Ability to author technical and non-technical documents for varying audiences from technical automation personnel to senior security or operations personnel.
• Demonstrable proficiency in coordinating and delivering infrastructure projects, security solutions and cloud migrations.
• Familiarity with Cisco Meraki SD-WAN solutions, deployment and commissioning at remote office locations.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) allowing efficient communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Passion for advisory and Cybersecurity topics together with willingness towards continuous self-development.
• Significant project management certification/experience such as PRINCE 2 Practitioner.
• Willingness to learn quickly and cross-train, where necessary, from another IT discipline.
• Excellent leadership ability with at least five years’ infrastructure management experience.

Knowledge/Experience – Desirable:

• Networking certification (e.g. CCNA or CCNP).
• Possession of any security certificates (e.g. CSSA, GICSP, GRID, CISSP, or ISA 62443) would be advantageous.
• Certification/accreditation in AWS or Microsoft Azure.
