We Are Looking for a New Team Member – NIGHT RECEPTIONIST

Join our hotel reception team! We are currently seeking a Night Receptionist for our hotel.

This is a 12-hour shift position (20:00–08:00), with shift frequency to be agreed upon.

What Can You Expect?
Your main responsibility will be ensuring guest satisfaction and providing them with comprehensive service during their stay.
As the hotel reception is the heart of the hotel, you will be the first point of contact for guests seeking assistance with any questions or issues.
You will also handle concierge services and offer additional hotel services.
You will work with a modern and user-friendly hotel system, Opera (training provided).
Daily collaboration with colleagues from other departments.
Performing night audits and reviewing reservations in the hotel system.
Handling administrative and operational tasks during night shifts.
