What you will be responsible for:

• Diary management
• Organising, preparing & setting up internal and external meetings
• Ensuring MD is in the right place at the right time
• Monitoring and proactively managing inboxes
• Travel bookings, restaurant reservations, runs for flowers, lunches, tea or coffee
• Creating or editing presentations using Google Slides
• Car maintenance and parking permit arrangement
• Personal tasks, for instance booking private appointments
• Other ad hoc duties

Skills & experiences must:

• A minimum of 2 years at supporting role
• Excellent diary management, organizational, and communication skills
• High school diploma
• Good knowledge of all Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and Google Suite applications (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, and Slides)
• Ability to navigate Mac
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Czech
• Previous experience in advertising or marketing is an advantage
