As Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for working with local finance teams and the Global Shared Services team to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial information.

Main responsibilities

• Managing the Overall P&L for the Operations locations under your control
• Ensure the accuracy of financial reporting for the month end close
• Perform GP Analysis by client and case type, for Monthly reporting and Ad hoc business requirements
• Prepare and update the headcount tracker & Capacity Planning/Staffing Model for all HC/FTE
• Preparation of Monthly reporting pack as required
• Build a strong communication structure with key stakeholders
• Participate in the target setting and budgeting/forecasting processes for P&L performance
• Lead the preparation of the budget database through use of TM1
• Ad hoc tasks and projects as requested by Finance Manager or Financial Controller

• Řízení celkového P&L přidělené entity
• Zajištění přesnosti finančních výkaznů pro měsíční uzávěrku
• Provádění analýzy GP podle klienta a typu případu na měsíční bázi a ad hoc obchodní požadavky
• Příprava a aktualizace sledování počtu zaměstnanců a modelu plánování kapacit/personalizace pro všechny HC/FTE
• Příprava měsíčních výkazů podle potřeby
• Vytvoření silné komunikační struktury s klíčovými zainteresovanými stranami
• Účast na procesu stanovení cílů a rozpočtování/plánování výkonu P&L
• Vedení přípravy databáze rozpočtu pomocí TM1
• Ad hoc úkoly a projekty podle požadavků finančního manažera nebo finančního kontrolora

Requirements

• Previous FP&A or other analytical experience

• Bachelor of Accounting / Management Accounting, or Qualified / Part Qualified Accountant (preferred)
• Experience with accounting software; preferably SUN Accounting; Cognos and TM1
• High level or Excel skills
• Analytical skills to provide detailed and valuable business analysis to management
• Good written and oral communication

• Excellent spoken and written English

• Předchozí zkušenosti s FP&A nebo jinou analytickou prací
• Bakalářský titul v účetnictví / manažerském účetnictví nebo kvalifikovaný / částečně kvalifikovaný účetní (preferováno)
• Zkušenosti s účetním softwarem; nejlépe SUN Accounting; Cognos a TM1
• Vysoká úroveň dovedností v Excelu
• Analytické dovednosti pro poskytování podrobné obchodní analýzy managementu
• Dobré písemné a ústní komunikační schopnosti
• Výborná mluvená a psaná angličtina
