Quality Manager / Director - Production Manufacturing

For our client - international production company - we are seeking experienced candidates for the role of Head of Quality Management.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead, manage and develop Quality Department

· Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System and customer-specific requirements.

· Lead internal and external quality audits and ensure implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

· Manage customer claims, coordinate root cause and define long-term corrective actions.

· Monitor and analyse quality KPIs, non-conformance reports, scrap rates, and suggest continuous improvements.

· Collaborate with production, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the supply chain.

· Ensure quality of incoming materials, production processes, and outgoing products through inspections and testing.

· Represent the company in front of customers and certification bodies regarding all quality-related topics.

· Drive continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

· University degree

· Proven experience in quality management

· Strong leadership and communication skills.

· Fluent in English (spoken and written) and Czech / Slovak
