Divisional Reporting & Compliance Accountant

Support the Divisional Reporting Finance Team in delivering accurate, timely financial information and analysis to executive leaders and stakeholders. This role is key in driving financial control, reporting accuracy, and supporting acquisition integration across the Insulation Division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in monthly group reporting, budgeting, and forecasting using Tagetik and BI tools.
• Analyze financial results, overheads, and provide insight to local finance teams.
• Conduct internal audits, balance sheet reviews, and promote financial discipline.
• Support integration of acquisitions and divestments, including systems, training, and process improvement.
• Contribute to half-year and full-year reporting packs, strategic planning, and insurance queries.
• Ad hoc project support to Divisional CFO/FC.

Requirements:

• Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
• Strong management reporting and Excel skills
• Experience with ERPs (SAP desirable), Power BI, or Tagetik a plus
• Strong communication, adaptability, and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel extensively and work across international teams
