This is an "entry-career" role to support Finance & Procurement Teams with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Archiving documents and contracts in line with relevant archiving methodology
Admin support to Finance, Procurement and Compliance team
Collaborate with colleagues from various departments to obtain missing information as per requests

Who You Are

University student, able to commit to a part-time job alongside studies
Fluent Czech is a must, English language at the level of being able to communicate with colleagues and articulate requests in writing and verbally
Attention to detail and be able to work systematically
Goal - orientated and act with sense of urgency
Skilled at using MS Office or G-suite space tools - preferred
Team-player and open to learning

Currently the role is for fixed-term period until 30 November 2026.
