We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Director to lead and drive commercial growth within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This position is for a commercial and manufacturing company with consumer goods.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve ambitious growth targets
- Define and execute sales strategies to expand market presence and strengthen customer partnerships
- Lead negotiations with major customers and decision-makers at head office level
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key clients and stakeholders
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams ( Supply chain, Finance, etc.) to ensure commercial excellence
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reporting to senior management

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a senior sales manager role (e.g., Sales Manager, SKAM, NKAM, IKAM.. )
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams
- Excellent negotiation skills, with experience managing complex customer relationships
- Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to execution
- Czech / Slovak Language, Fluency in English
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen
