You can look forward to:

• Simulation of robot cells.
• Create robot programs according to Motherson SAS Specificactions.
• Commissioning robot cell in European Plants.

We are looking for an enthusiast who is not afraid of new projects, negotiations and travel if needed. Presence at the plant with limited/no remote work. Czech language on daily basis.

The appropriate profile should have experience with:

• Create simulation of robot cells, including cycle time analysis, layout,…
• Program Robot for different manufacturers (FANUC, ABB at least, KUKA and Universal Robot).
• Fulfilment on performance KPI: tightening rates, OEE, cycle time…
• Programming robot (Fanuc, ABB).
• Tightening tools configuration (Atlas Copco; Weber; Dessoutter..).
• Vision system configuration.
• Robotic Advance Knowledge (Simulation, Programming,...).
• Analysis and optimization of complex processes in assembly and logistics.

It will be an advantage if you have experience with:

• Optimizing assembly process (tightening and clipping) through automation.
• Set up vision system for differents environments and components.
• Collaborate in project documentation back-up of Robot programs.
• New projects, from the initial phase (definition and specifications) to the SOP, assuring the learning processes and application of lessons learned.
• PLC, MES and HMI programming.
• Assembly process (tightening, clipping, placing).
• Industrial IT (PLC-, Communication,…-Programming).
• Lean concepts and methods (Kaizen 5s, Kanban, Value Stream, Lean Automation,...).
• Project Management (KPI, timelines, requirements,…).
• Experience in an automobile industrie (more than 2 years) as well as in assembly and logistics processes.
