For our HR Team at BlueLink International CZ, we are looking for a Czech native part-time colleague (20 hours per week) for one year (definite contract) who would help us with administrative and support tasks related to both HR administration & payroll agenda.

Your key daily responsibilities will include:

· Maintaining HR database and keeping employee files up to date

· Searching and processing data within the internal systems

· Helping with onboarding of new employees and assisting with offboarding process

· Participating on HR & process improvement projects

We would love to hear from you if you:

· Are interested in HR – you would like to develop your career in this area or have studied or worked in an HR related field

· Speak English fluently - you will use it on a daily basis, both spoken and written

· Have user knowledge of MS Office – you will be creating various documents and reports

· Are organized, focused on detail and feel comfortable working with confidential data

You will get an opportunity to:

· Combine working from our nice offices in the centre of Prague with a possibility of home office
