About the team 
We are a team of experienced accountants who heavily focus on subsidiaries of multinational companies. We are here to help clients adhere to Czech accounting and tax legislation. We manage accounting, prepare statutory financial statements, and assist clients on-site. We use English daily since we communicate globally. We work on automation, digitization, and AI is well within our expertise. We strive to stay up to date to avoid repetitive manual work.

About your manager
Most of our leaders have been working for PwC for over 5 years and possess knowledge of accounting, auditing, and taxes, which gives us a broader understanding of how different sectors operate.

Job description & summary

• You will be involved in the process of managing the monthly reporting of our clients.
• You will be responsible for the complete accounting agenda for clients, including annual financial statements and VAT returns.
• Expect to optimize processes and work on setting up new clients.
• Your role also involves communication with clients and assistance in resolving complex accounting issues.
• You will be setting up bridges between Czech and foreign accounting rules and procedures. You may work on-site with clients on interesting projects.
  
  

Requirements of the role

• If you have at least 4 years of experience in accounting and are a university graduate, you are our person.
• You are well-versed in double-entry accounting and understand Czech accounting standards (if you know IFRS and US GAAP, it's an advantage).
• You are eager to learn new things in accounting and taxation and are comfortable with modern technologies.
• You have a good command of Excel, a knack for numbers, and logical thinking.
• Experience in managing accounting for customers (outsourcing) is appreciated.
• You speak Czech perfectly, English is fluent, German is also an advantage.
• Attention to detail, independence, ability to complete tasks, resilience to stress, and teamwork are familiar to you.
