Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 office days, 2 home office)

Join our Customer Service Center team and shape campaign that turn approved business needs into clear, customer-focused experiences. You will connect content, training and operational readiness so internal teams and external partners can execute every campaign effectively.

What you will do

Develop campaigns from approved brief, through launch and post-implementation review
Translate business requirements into campaign concepts, customer journeys, and communication approaches
Create and maintain call scripts, questionnaires, playbooks, and support campaign materials
Coordinate campaign preparation across Customer Service Center, Operations, Commercial Planning, Customer Experience and external partners
Define training needs, prepare briefings, and supervise readiness activities, delivery by external vendors
Own survey objectives, questions, answer structures, and content approval before deployment
Maintain campaign standards and knowledge repositories, capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement
Skills & Capabilities

Critical Thinking, Data/Driven Decision Making, Stakeholder Engagement, Customer Insights & Analytics
Campaign management, from brief to launch and review
Customer journey design and customer-focused communication
Content development, including scripts, questionnaires and playbooks
Stakeholder management across commercial and operational teams
Operational readiness and external partner coordination
Ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement mindset
University education, Czech/Slovak native speaker, Advanced level of English
