This role offers a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure to procurement, vendor management, contract administration, and cross-functional business processes in a an international environment. You will work closely with various teams accross the organization, contribute to process improvements, and play an important role in ensuring efficient and compliant purchasing operations.

Impact You'll Own

• Create, updae, and maintain purchase orders in procurement systems such as Coupa and SAP. Ensure proper documentation, filing, and achieving contractual records.
• Support business stakeholders trhoughout the purchasing and invoicing process. Provide administrative and operational support to Commercial Operations and cross-functional business teams.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve purchase order and invoice-related issues.
• Collaborate with Global Purchasing and Finance teams to ensure smooth invoice processing and payment activities.
• Handle requests related to vendor setup, maintenance, payment terms, and purchasing workflows.
• Create and udpa vendor master data while ensuring completeness and accuracy of supporting documentations
• Support vendor onboarding activities and coordinate vendore-related requests with relevant stakeholders.
• Manage contract administration activities, insluding uploading contracts into the Contract Lifecycle Managemen system and supporting approval processes
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.

• Proficiency in MS Office appliations, especially Excel. Fluent Czech and English
