Join our team as a Retail Systems Specialist and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail applications and systems across the Czech and Slovak markets.
Job Overview
As a Retail Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for the operational support and troubleshooting of key retail applications and systems (SAP, CEGID, Salesforce, DCE2/DCX) across the Czech and Slovak markets within global corporate environment. You will ensure seamless data exchange, provide second-level (L2) support, and act as a subject matter expert for retail systems. You will also handle essential administrative tasks. Your role will involve direct communication with users in Czech/Slovak, maintaining documentation, delivering user training, and collaborating with internal and external partners to resolve issues and implement new functionalities.
What You’ll Do:
Operational Support: Provide daily support for retail applications and systems (DCE2/DCX, SAP, CEGID, Salesforce), ensuring stable and efficient operations.
Data Monitoring & Reconciliation: Monitor data exchange between systems and reconcile discrepancies to ensure accuracy of stock, sales, and order data.
Incident & Change Management (L2): Investigate, resolve, and escalate incidents and system changes; provide advanced troubleshooting remotely and on-site when required.
User Communication: Act as a key contact for users in Czech/Slovak, providing clear updates and guidance related to stock/system issues and incidents.
Documentation & Training: Maintain user documentation and deliver in-person trainings in local language. Handle essential administrative tasks.
Testing & Implementation: Participate in testing, validation, and rollout of new features, releases, and system updates.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external partners, including finance, logistics, and channel teams, to ensure end-to-end operational continuity.
Process Compliance: Ensure all activities follow established standards, procedures, and documentation requirements.
