A world leader in toys and games has trusted Infosys to transform their Finance and Accounting processes and programs to world leading standards. To be successful in this journey, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Claims/Invoice Processing Specialist to join our team in Brno.

Your tasks in detail:

• Review and process vendor claims/invoices in the accounting system
• Ensure invoices are coded correctly according to company policies
• Resolve discrepancies or issues with invoices by communicating with vendors and internal departments
• Perform vendor statement reconciliation and assist with month end activities by ensuring all claims invoices are accounted for and processed
• Respond to vendor and internal queries regarding invoice status and payments
• Collaborate with procurement, finance and other departments to streamline invoice processing

• Very good level of Brazilian Portuguese (C1+, oral and written) AND English is a must)
• Degree in business administration, accounting or a related field is a plus but not a must
• Experience in Claims/Invoice processing is a plus as well
• Analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner.
• Team-oriented work ethic with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Confident in the use of common software applications and experience with invoice processing software is a plus, eg SAP
