What will be your responsibilities?

Marketing Assets for cosmetic brand Skinexpert by Dr. Max®

• Develop engaging marketing materials for product and range presentations
• Create content for e-commerce platforms and pharmacy visibility
• Keep existing content for Skinexpert by Dr. Max® up to date and aligned with local market needs

Project Management

• Understand product specifics and prepare creative briefs for agencies
• Write and edit marketing copy for digital and offline materials
• Cooperate with agencies on visual content (images, icons, videos)

Cross-Department Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with Regulatory Affairs and Product Development teams
• Ensure effective communication and cooperation across departments to achieve project goals

Asset Distribution and Support

• Deliver marketing materials to local teams in different countries
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to local teams throughout the product lifecycle

Internal Communication

• Prepare internal Dr. Max Pharma newsletters for pharmacy staff – from copywriting to project management and final distribution
• Maintain and update Dr. Max Pharma websites
• Support the organization of internal events

What do we expect from you?

• Previous experience on a similar position at least 2 years
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector is a huge advantage
• Passion for creative writing with excellent attention to detail
• Ability and curiosity to understand product ingredients and benefits to craft clear, attractive content for end customers
• General knowledge of content marketing principles
• Strong communication and teamwork skills – especially in cross-functional environments
• Ability to collaborate with internal experts to translate technical information into compelling marketing content
• Fluent Czech/Slovak and advanced level of English
