We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer to join our growing team delivering network services to enterprise customers across the Nordic region.

You will become part of a team of six highly skilled engineers responsible for maintaining, supporting, and improving complex network environments. This role combines day-to-day operational support with participation in infrastructure projects, providing opportunities to work with modern enterprise networking technologies and diverse vendor solutions.

Your future duties and responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day operational support for enterprise network environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents while ensuring agreed service levels are met.
• Participate in the implementation of network changes and infrastructure projects.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize network infrastructure, with a strong focus on firewall technologies.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive improvements.
• Collaborate with customers, project teams, and other technical specialists.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
• Participate in change management and problem management activities.
• Contribute to service improvements and operational excellence initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Around 7 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering.
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, and TCP/IP networking.
• Strong experience with firewall administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience working in complex, large-scale enterprise environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex networking issues independently.
• Experience working within ITIL-based operational environments is an advantage.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within an international team.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Experience with one or more of the following vendors or technologies:

• Fortinet (with main focus on Fortigate, Fortianalyzer, Fortimanager, FortiSW)
• Cisco (IOS-XR, IOS-XE, ISRs, ASA-FW)
• BigIP F5 (LTM & ASM)
• Cisco ACI (APIC)
• IPSec (L2L & client VPNs)
• Chekpoint & Palo Alto Networks (optional)
• SD-WAN technologies
