Are you a strategic engineering leader with a passion for delivering complex projects? At Bilfinger, we’re not just managing projects — we’re building the future. We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Engineering Manager to lead high-value Engineering and EPCm projects and drive innovation, quality, and performance.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and coordinate international multidisciplinary teams on large-scale and technically complex projects
With the support of a strong team, take full accountability for project delivery — from planning to execution
Be responsible for the projects in one of the sectors: Energy, Chemicals & Petrochemicals, Oil & Gas etc.
Represent Bilfinger in front of clients and partners
Develop and implement strategies that ensure success in safety, quality, timeliness and financial performance
Inspire your team and foster a culture of accountability, excellence and continuous improvement

Your profile:

10+ years of industry experience (minimum 5+ years as a Project Manager or Project Engineering Manager)
University Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field
Strong skills in leadership, negotiation, decision-making and communication
A proactive mindset and a drive for continuous improvement
Fluent in spoken and written English
